Come to think of it, isn't responsibility just what the bank bailout made sure that the banks didn't have to take? So if you're a citizen who doesn't have years of financial training trying to find a good place for your family to live, you have to take responsibility for having bought a house that a bank said you could afford on $53k a year but it turns out you can't. But if you're a bank with billions flowing through your fingers, givine millions to executives who have many years of financial training then there is no responsibility.
